These terms cover the Hiveview public website and fictional demo. They explain what you can expect and how to use them responsibly. Private family workspace access, service arrangements and any charges require a separate agreement; exploring this website does not buy a subscription.

Website operator

Hiveview is the brand used for this website, currently operated by Brian Hay. Contact hello@hiveview.co.uk about the website, these terms or a concern. Incorporation of the proposed Hiveview company is in progress.

The demo and examples

The public demo uses fictional people, records, values and documents. Changes reset when the page reloads. Please use sample information only: do not enter real financial, medical or other private family information. Demo adviser actions do not send invitations or grant access.

Family stories are illustrative scenarios. Named supporters endorse the idea behind Hiveview; they are not presented as customers reporting measured results.

Information, not professional advice

Hiveview helps organise information. Website and demo content is general information, not financial, investment, tax, legal or insurance advice. Ask an appropriately qualified adviser before making a decision. Recorded examples are not verified valuations or recommendations.

Responsible use

You may browse, share links and explore the demo. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload malicious material or copy private records belonging to someone else. Private workspace access is limited to authorised users.

Content and intellectual property

The Hiveview name, branding and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may share links and use reasonable extracts with attribution. Other uses require permission. The ™ symbol identifies a claimed trade mark; it does not indicate registration.

Availability and links

We aim to keep information useful and the website available, but features and content can change and access may be interrupted. External websites and email services have their own terms and privacy practices. Contact us if you find an error.
